Please ensure all vehicles including trailers fit within our property line and do not hang into the street or other owners’ property. We get fined by the City of Marathon if your vehicle is even slightly in the street.
Hi speed WIFI is available at the house. Access instructions will be provided to you.
The living room TV has Xfinity cable with Netflix and Peacock. All other TVs have Roku with Xfinity streaming app, Netflix and Peacock
Towels, sheets and all bedding are provided as part of your stay.
A washing machine and dryer are inside the house for use during your stay.
There are 2 kayaks on the side of the house. There are 2 life jackets in the smaller outdoor chest.
There is a gas grill outside. If you need additional propane while staying, please get a refilled tank and we will reimburse you.
Beach towels, beach chairs of varying sizes, a beach umbrella, beach shade tent, 2 noodles and a boogie board are available.
There is a fish cleaning station on the dock with an overhead light, hose and water supply. There is also an outdoor freezer for your bait.
Friday and Monday Mornings, Put out Thursday and Sunday Evenings. Per Marathon law, do not put out for pickup more than 24 hours the day before and ensure lids are on all trash cans.

Please help us maintain pest control by not leaving paper bags / cardboard / newspapers / takeout bags inside house (they carry bugs), keeping food off the floors, counters, not leaving dirty dishes out. If using the dishwasher, run it right after putting dirty dishes in, don’t leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Don't leave food / waste / bait / fish outside, on ground, etc… Keep trash can covers on. Thank You!
